Abel Schultze, co owner of On the Vine has always dreamed of bringing his grandfather's legacy of fine meats back to the seacoast and with the new year brings new oppurtunity to do this very thing. In order to hold true to Carl Schultze's, founder of Schultz Fine MEATS, ideas of what a meat company should be we are please to announce that we are incorporating the butcher shop under our name. Owner's, Abel, Scott and Angela believe that the philosophy to provide our community the same or higher quality product for the most reasonable prices holds stronger than ever before when incorporating the Schultze's Specialty MEATS philosophy of the same.
